Sure can - that's how a lot of the designs shown have come about.  Cartoon-like, clipart pictures work with my style.  I'll let you know if your design won't work for me, so just ask.

Q.  Do you paint the stems & can I choose any colour?

You can choose any colour that is on the drop down menu of the add to trolley as I paint the stems.  Metallic colours such as gold & silver are unavailable for the stems & bases, but they are available for writing and the outlining of patterns, such as the simple swirl pattern.

Q.  Do you charge extra for personalised writing on the glasses?

No, the costs include messages/names/dates etc on the glasses, as that is what I like to do!  You can have as much writing on the glass as you want so long as I think it won't look too cluttered.  I'll let you know if I think it is unsuitable.

Q.  Can I change the colours on the designs?

Yes - just email me with your description of what you would like.  For example, if you want the bride to have blonde hair, just let me know with or after your order.

Q.  How long do they take to complete?

Each coat of paint for the stems need to dry for a day & most colours require 3 coats, so if you want painted stems, allow 4 - 5 days for me to complete your order.  Glasses without stems can usually be completed within 2 days.  If I expect any delays, I will let you know.

Q.  What font style can I have my names/messages written in?

Just about any!  For the more formal feel, I recommend Monotype Corsiva:

Q.  Can you write on the base of the glass with any stem colour?

Yes!  And I don't charge extra.

Q.  What colours can I have the writing done in?

Black, Silver, Gold, Pink, White, Copper, Green.  If you don't want black, just let me know, otherwise I'll assume you want black.

Q.  How long does postage take within Australia?

I live outside of the overnight zone for express post, so to Perth it is usually overnight, but allow 2 - 5 days anywhere else within Australia (I'm near Bunbury, Western Australia).

Q.  What happens if they break during delivery?

Email me a picture of the broken glass & I'll replace it for you.

Q.  I want to order quite a few glasses, but can't pay for them all at once.  Can I pay them off in instalments?

Sure, just let me know when you make your order & how long you'd like to pay them off for.  I require a $2 deposit per glass to help cover costs. When they have been paid off, I'll send them to you.
